The Villa
This is a great place to add a tagline.
The main part of the house consists of the master bedroom, a very large living area with 3 sofas, very high beamed ceilings, a chaiselongue overlooking a patio with fountain, a grand half tail piano, a very large terrace with a table for 12 people and sofas, the rustic kitchen opening up to the patio, a toilet, a gym and a laundry room.
The master bedroom (king sized bed) is composed of 2 rooms overlooking the garden and pool, a fireplace, a ceiling fan, a dressing room and a bathroom with shower and bath, is in the main part of the House.
The guest wing has 4 bedrooms all with en-suite bathroom; one (queen sized bed) overlooking a private terrace with access to a roof terrace with sea views, 2 further bedrooms (queen sized beds) overlooking the garden and the last one with a double bed in a cosy basement, doubling up as media room, with a desk on the ground floor. The 6th bedroom overlooks the pool (queen sized bed).
Each guest has direct access to his/her room and the kitchen, which makes living together easy and simple, everybody having their own privacy.

The Garden
The large heated (optional at extra cost) salt water infinity pool can be seen from all parts of the house and is surrounded by a large sun deck, with balinese beds and deck chairs for all and shade provided by 2 umbrellas.
The garden of 3000 m2 is composed of a large lawn area, a lush garden filled with typical local vegetation (many cacti, yucas, bougainvillea, laurel, vine, fig and lavender), with plenty of spots to chill out in hammocks, beds and sofas, enjoying the shade of the palm and pine trees.
This is completed by a chillout / barbecue area and a large roof top terrace with views to the sea and Cap Nono.

Just a 7 minute walk to the beach and beach clubs of Port des Torrent and 5 mins drive from the magnificent Cala Bassa y Cala Conta. Many other beaches and coves within 15-20 minutes drive max.
5 minutes drive from beautiful Sant Agustin, 10 minutes from the charming village of Sant Josep, 20 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes from Marina Botafoch and Ibiza Dalt Vila. And Ibiza's only golf course at 30 min.
The villa is fitted with a fiber optic internet connection with wifi throughout the house and the garden, Movistar fusion TV and DVD player, a large collection of DVDs, all bed and bath linen provided, starting bathroom amenity pack provided, hair dryers, a fully fitted kitchen, bluetooth speakers for outside and a hifi system inside.
Central heating system, air conditioning in all rooms, 2 fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom, large ceiling fans in living room, the outside terrace and 2 bedrooms,
To keep yourself busy we have 3 bicycles, a pingpong table, a table football, a basketball hoop, a pétanque court and a gym. If you are a keen piano player you're welcome to give our grand piano some love.
Alarm throughout the house and 2 safes to keep your belongings locked. Property fully fenced, entry through electric gate. Garden lighting in entrance area will come on automatically at night.
We strongly recommend you to monitor young children closely due to the swimming pool area, the pond and the easily accessible roof areas..
We will do everything in our power to make you feel at home at Can Alcantara - in exchange we ask you to treat it with respect, as if it were your own.
Villa Can Alcantara is a little paradise of peace and quiet - which we love to share our guests. We'd like you to avoid loud noise and music, especially after 23.00. Ibiza has extremely strict rules on partying beyond midnight - plenty of places around to have fun.
Make the most of your stay - just do no smoke in the house, do not use glassware around the pool and supervise young kids closely.

Los teléfonos utilizados por nuestro personal para coordinar la estancia se eliminan después del check-out. Esta eliminación no afecta a los datos que deban conservarse en contratos, registros obligatorios o documentación de incidencias.

Las estadísticas de reservas se anonimizan cuando dejan de necesitar identificación individual.
Cuando corresponda, los datos se mantendrán bloqueados para atender responsabilidades antes de su supresión definitiva.

Guest telephone numbers used by our staff to coordinate a stay are deleted after check-out. This does not affect information that must remain in contracts, mandatory records or incident documentation.

Where Spanish law requires it, information will be blocked, with access restricted to handling legal liabilities, before final deletion.
